Talk it out gracefully,
you can also communicate it with those who have gone through the report if those are people from within the organisation!
Move on! do not stop or bind yourself! You deserve a better professional organisation with time ! next time you do a project have a word with him in advance . talk in a manner that would be fruitful to both!
whatever be it talk it out with your boss first, if there are no seniors or close advisors to him

Dear Mr. Maha Mustafa Eltahir,
Be polite & go on with your work.
You are in a initial stage to build up your career, take this as a lesson.
From next time when you are making a report just send through an email keeping a "cc" to the other respective people.
So, that they will come to know about your report and your Manager cannot manipulate it.
Ok.....!!!!!!!!!
All the best for your future endeavors.

Please tread very carefully. Trying to take the attention back might risk you being a trouble maker. Here's my advice, for your consideration:
- I echo Rajkiran, please form a common database where you will save your reports. Let this be in a common drive with access to the respective authority.
- Build a relationship of trust by strengthening your Boss's position , in other words let him win . In the long run , his dependence on you will not just bring you scope to perform and learn more, far beyond your KRA, but attention of the required personnel too.
- Even though every situation is unique, here are few articles for you to read. Machiavelli and One-up on your Boss

At this stage of your career, you should not be worried about getting credit to your work but understanding the nitty-gritty of your role. In the due course of time you will surely get the credit. Someone can take credit of your work but no one can take away your skills and talent.
I must share another example with you. All IAS, and IPS officer do all the work in all ministries but all politicians and political parties take away the credit. Did you ever hear the name of any IAS or IPS officer getting credit for any report or policy formulation?
Have patience. You will grow.

Well I agree with all above and you must take the matter wisely, should not think about credit and lose your confidence but to do something to win his trust. I know it is not too easy and when seniors treat their juniors badly and not just treat them badly but do more than this, make them really feel bad, they lost their confidence and this impact on their behavior and work style. And Employee started thinking over switching the job and also does mistakes.
“A bend in the road is not the end of the road”, and what I think is that one must fight with this problem because this can teach and train an employee to handle work pressure and the related things such as how to handle the situational and work conditions, how to behave and control on ourselves, gets our decision power stronger time to time, gives us a unbeatable experience which helps us by many ways in future..
“Action speaks louder”, and as other said here that you need to be polite, calm and sober and sincere with your work, I also would suggest you to deal with him in a good manner and don’t let him have a chance to yelling at you. Do your work properly and sincerely without expecting his appreciation or anything. Let him do what he is doing. When he’ll realize his mistake and found you good and confident with your work, you will certainly feel good and get the chance to grow.
“The only thing that overcomes hard luck is hard work”
Moreover, fact is that you are under him and working with him, so he has have to assign you work and for this you have to build a confident relationship with him first.
From all of above, I can understand your situation better bcz I also have gone through the similar situation in my past and have conquered in a good manner..
That was all from my experience I was sharing here and hope will work for you.. Best of Luck

I do not understand 'WHAT' your boss is robbing from you?
1. Is it intellectual property? - then it is only a concern, not a problem.
2. Is it a covering letter made by you, he is signing? - then it is responsibility, he is taking responsibility, it is understandable.
3. Is it an engineering drawing done by you? - again responsibility.
4. Is it 'reverse engineering' you have done? - again it is responsibility and accountability.
Coolly think, is it really a concern, or you are blowing it up?
