You have noticed some errors.Please contact your ESI Local Office in writing furnishing them with correct information vis a vis wrong Information.Please take up the matter on priority basis

link the aadhaar of self and family members, and visit the local office ESIC with E pahchan and aadhar card with members, they will help to rectify the errors as per aadhar data, after biometric verification

If the particulars like Name, DOB, Gender etc., of the IP and his/her family, it can be edited by your employers in ESIC portal by going UPDATE THE IP DETAILS.

Dear Anamika, i presume you are an Insured person.Please contact your Employer & inform him about wrong data like Gender etc.Your Employer will log in to his Account & will make necessary changes
