I am working in generalist profile but as an ambition i want to learn all sides of an HR can anyone please help me by telling:
How can we do technical recruitment ?
Eg if we need to find a person for java how can we proceed?
If possible please solve my query & also provide me technical jargons so that i can try myself in technical recruitments also.

For Tech. Recruitment you can take help from Job Portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com anyone.... to search recsume on various position...
Just fill position, exp, keyskills & loaction (like DelNCR). Then many resume will open according to ur querry... then see their project as how much they had on on that technologies........thats it.......

As you have mentioned JAVA : Check out what additional things are required with JAVA, Exp, types of projects,projects on what domains (like finance,health care etc).
Then give search in portals accordingly, match the resumes with the requirement. Speak to candidates get to know about the kind of projects they have done and also check whether they have worked on specified domains or not...
