Hi All,
I hve a total 9 years work experinece...4 years cutomer service in an airline and 5 years in training....Knowledge & Management....I am aslo pursuing my MBAin HR from IIT...but i am a bit confused....i am not wrkng now...but wld like to get back to wrk...shld i join in HR or trng...Coz HR i have worked and have knowlegde but not good experience in years...pls suggest?
