“Do these Acts reported by Aggrieved Women-Employees amount to Sexual Harassment”--

As Seven Women-Employees closely followed by Male Colleagues were about to reach Main Door of their Office, their Second-in-Command Superior crossed over them to enter Office Premises Main Door. Within minutes, he called for all Seven Women to Meeting Room for a Meeting. When all assembled, he scolded them for not Greeting him at Main Door also pointing out they had connived to do so. Five Colleagues apologized if he felt so offended. Unmoved, he ordered them to return to their Work Desks, Write Apology Letters addressed to MD before resuming Normal Duties, admitting Misconduct of disrespecting Superior. To enable them to compose Apology Letters, he scripted Sample Letter.

Later, all Seven Women filed Sexual Harassment Complaints addressed to MD alleging the Superior humiliated them in Public, belittled their Self-Esteem, dwarfed them which were Unacceptable & Unwelcome and will Haunt them Life Long. The Aggrieved Complainants insisted the MD forward their SH Complaints to Internal Committee to prove Facts Truth that their Complaints were not False, Frivolous 0r Malicious. They spoke to IC Members, simultaneously.

What should the MD or the IC do? Do the aforesaid Acts reported by the Aggrieved Women-Employees amount to Sexual Harassment?
