Can someone help me with the Model Standing Orders for Karnataka.
I need to draft one for my company which is into IT/ ITES.
It would be helpful if any one of you can share a draft of the S/O of any IT/ITES company established in Karnataka.

I am required to draft the S/O for my Organisation which falls under It/ ITEs category.
Woudl require the model standing orders for karnataka. Standing Orders are different for different states so i would require the karnataka.

The best thing for you is to go to "Puliani and Puliani" book shop at Gandhi Nagar. This is very old and famous shop. You will get any book related to law.
Before you draft standing orders, it is important for you to go through this Act completely.

Hi Joyeeta I got a book name A Practical Guide to Labour Laws from Puliani & Puliani. I can find SO for 42 pages. It iw explained very well. You shall buy that book.
