Hello Seniors, An employee resigned from a startup of 5 team size as Management was pressurising to work on lower payout. After resignation the management declined the resignation and started writing performance issue related emails and then issued show cause for non-performance. Employee responded to the show cause but in response company terminated him saying response is unsatisfactory. Now company has not paid salary for 2months including time before resignation and not responding to employee emails now. What can employee do in this case... Please guide?
