Hi,
gone through your content, My advise is that:
you have extensive experience of 3+ years, but as i am have been in the market for about 5 years i suggest you that, if you can shift your field from recruiter to technical side would be better. A Technical HR related field is a good one of choice, because growth exclusively in recruiter side field is not good enough, so learn one or more technologies as per your interest and check the possibilities of technical HR side. put your efforts on one particular technologies for about 3 months and up your resume in any job portal would brings you a definete career in technical hr side. All the best.

Hi,
TO my understanding I believe that there are very less companies in the industry who would take a recruiter in the Generalist role. The best possible way to move would be internally with in your company. Strike a good understanding with your RO and try to make the shift internally. Otherwise if you move out in the market it would really be very difficult to move in as a Generalist.

I think Ramesh gave a very nice flick to your query... this is the way you can jump over and i believe in the near future HR is going to be a Technical Interviewer as well - please give your comments on this

Hi
I Feel it is the right time for you to shift now. HR functions are much more boarder than a recruiter. Scope of work is good. You will enjoy your job as lot of learning is involved. You can also do a HR dipolma course to sharpen your skills. All the best.
