Dear All,
we are a product based software organization..I have to roll out a "Rewards Scheme" for all the verticals within..eg. Development, Sales, Finance, Admin etc
We already have "Extra Miler Award" for each Quarter, but it is only for developers, and "Best Team Award" which is given twice a year.
Request you all to help me with more inputs to make it more innovative and frequent.
