My previous employer from whom I absconded 3 years ago due to personal reasons has agreed to provide me a relieving letter after paying in lieu of notice period, and I agreed to pay because it was my mistake to abscond and I am pretty helpless in this situation if they don't give me relieving letter. I haven't mentioned about this employment to my new employer.
What should I do in this situation as my BGV is going on? What should I do?

Hi
When you are sure of getting relieving order from past employer why you want to hide past employment. Of late we are witnessing many similar questions like this. How prospective Employers will respond to it depends on so many criteria's and we cannot comment on it. In general employers will view it as a negative aspect only.
