I have been working for a private company and recently I resigned.
Following was the reasons for quitting job.
I agreed to work on lower salary in this company as my work location was my hometown, and I had to travel neighboring states for work. In last six months I worked in cities/towns of Odisha, Chhatisgarh, Jharkhand and some parts of Rajasthan.
But after six months company wanted me to shift to Delhi (Where I was getting higher salary and traveling was quite less as compared to this company). I asked to revise the salary but employer never discussed on this matter. Completely unheard it.
I was ready to shift to Delhi and gave my consent in the month of February but in the first week of March. I met with an accident and instead of empathize company doubted on my condition. When I send photographs of my injury then they sent an apology text.
Because of this incident my family didn't allowed me to work with this company.
After that I resigned from this company and after a week, I joined a new company.
Now my ex employer is not settling my 3 months conveyance and salary of 13 days, they didn't even issued the reliving letter and because of this my new employer isn't credited salary of April Month and also issued a notice that if I failed to submit the reliving letter by the end of May, my employment will be terminated and no salary will be credited in my account. According to my new employer I still working with previous company and wants to draw salary from both the companies. (As it is sales field work my new employer not beliving me, they said it doesn't take a month to get reliving letter).
I discussed all these matters with my ex employer and they are settling only 70% of the total dues.
I would have accepted whatever the amount they want to settled in. But due to non issuance of reliving letter it costed my a month's salary. And when I said I have to take help from Labour Department Delhi, they are threatening me that they will case a file in Police Station (on what grounds I don't know, my image is 100% clean).
Kindly help me, I am very much in stress now a days.
