You could have little more information like whether you are student or professional, nature of your industry, what is your finished product or service, your designation etc.
Training is conducted to bring organisational change. Therefore, rather than focusing on the training topics, focus on the change. Once you focus on what needs to be increased or decreased in the organisation, obviously training topics will follow.
Unfortunately, many training companies or Training/HR professional focus on people. However, that is incorrect approach. To bring organisational change, we need to change people's behaviour. Hence we train people. Those who do not change, organisation changes them.
