Dear Gaurav,
Do MBA in HR especially from the top most universities part time will be best if not google the top 3 correspondence university and finish it. After completing MBA in HR your Labour law will become as a Gem in the crown... All the best. Currently I am doing MBA HR from IGNOU and also doing Diploma in labour law from annamalai university.. I heared Symbiosis, ICFAI are best.. IGNOU is good though it's time consuming I enrolled at 2010 I have got only my PGDHRM yet I have to submit my project etc.. etc.. which will take another 6 month or 1 year so if you wanna finish the MBA HR within 2 years span don't come to IGNOU.... I would rather suggest you to check with seniors also.. All the best

There is one option in the IGNOU if you don't want to do your MBA HR you can just stop with your PG Diploma in HR that you can do within 2 years... for more details check the website <link no longer exists - removed>
