Can anyone help me on knowing about MDP (MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM) ?
Please tell me about its merit & demerits , concepts, methods and the process requirements for the success of MDP.
I did not get these in netsurfing.
I m really in need of this.
Please help me.

- MDP is a loosely referred term used for a collection of topics that normally one would deem as important to be effective as an individual and as a team player in any corporate set up.
- Most MDP's would cover the managerial skills like Effective Communications, Time Management, Leadership Skills, Team Building, etc. Depending on the time available for the training, the organizations requirements and the trainee profile the topics, depth of knowledge to be imparted etc are determined.
- The in depth content and the focus of MDP would be very different for top management, middle management and operational staff
