Job Description:
1)Strategise and formulate training programmes
2) Liase with training consultants and institutes for external training programmes.
3) Liase and co-ordinate with external business partners for training delivery and effectiveness
4)Plan and implement the training calender and budget for training programmes
5)Content Development for product and soft skills modules
6)Ensure maximum employee coverage for all programmes
7) Product Training for capital markets, derivatives, mutual funds, life insurance products, etc.
8) Soft skills Training for time management, relationship management, team building, communication and interpersonal skills, etc
