I have been informed unofficially that in Steel authority of india the maternity leave is still 3months.
my wife delivery is due in july, she is executive at E3 lavel.I wanted to know
1> is there a different maternity benefit policy for PSUs?
2> what can I do so that my wife gets 6 months leave as per 6th pay commission ?
3> also I have come to know that child care leave had still not been implimented in our PSU, what can I do?

What are the chances that PSU’s will implement the new maternity leave rule. Can Central Govt issue directions???????
