I am working in a Medical Trust which is registered under Bombay Society Act 1860 & our organization runs a Deemed University which constitutes 5 various teaching colleges of which Medical College & Hospital.We have our own certified standing orders.
But I want to know that which types of statutory act applicable to us?
Factories Act 1948 says that, factory means where the manufacturing process being carried on with or without the aid of power. But we provides services & education (including hospital services).So, does the factories act applicable to us? & please tell me to which other acts applicable to us.......Thank you
