Dear Sir/Madam
Kindly suggest me, I was working through consultancy agency in one of organization in Mumbai past 5 yrs ago and now i am working in Kolkata, Mumbai consultancy business is been closed and i don't have Payment Slip as the same was not provided to us, but PF was deducted, i have my EPF no. and EPF Office address where the amount is been deposited.
Kindly suggest in this situation how i withdraw my EPF amount.

Dear Mr. Sanjiv,
You have to fill up the PF Withdrawal form which you will get on PF site wherein Employer's seal & singature is required & then submit the same to respective PF office.
It can't be done Individually alone.
