Required Documents for PF & ESIC - Registrations.
1. Company Incorporation Certificate.
2. List of Directors details ( Name, Age, Sex, Dob, Residential Address & their father name ).
3. Company Pan Number.
4. Company MOA & AOA ( If available - Not necessary ).
5. Company Address details - With any proof.
6. Company Bank account details - Current account if available.
7. Cancelled Cheque leaf.
8. Digital Signature of any one director. ( Who will be the signing authority for all legal documents like PF & ESIC etc.,)
