Hi Sree,
your answer is good, but, you have to put the other way. " I accidently or blissfully got my first opportunity to work as HR and having good experience in entire gaumt of HR. Having experience in HR field, I don't wanted to change. So, I have decided to become a professional HR, also I am pursuing my masters in Human Resources". Yes, join MBA, it will help you..
If you have more queries.... post me....

Dear Sampann.Agarwal..
Firstly Welcome to HR maestro..
1. You show that you have very much interest towards HR
2. In case it will be added advantage if you complete PGHRM,PGDM in HR or MBA (HR) or MSW you will stick on to the career
3. you ask for Job enlargement and ask your HOD and your existing HR to check whether you have any vacancy in HR in the same company...

Hi Sree...!!
Well that question is very obvious. You have to reply very smartly. You can simply tell them that your interest is in HR and you have the skills set that makes you confident to become a successful HR professional. In addition to that I would sincerely suggest you to pursue any PG or diploma course in management opting specialization as Human Resource. In general only skills set is not enough to become a good HR it has to be backed by a good academic/professional courses.
Best of Luck.
Thanks

Dear Seniors,
Actually I can't do a full time MBA and need to support my family .So what should I do in this case ...
1.Whether do a part time or executive course from a reputed university ?
2.Currently I am having only 1 yr experience and the part time/executive courses need 2-3yrs of experience ?
3.What certification should I do till then or should I read any books ?

Dear Sampan,
Go for Symbiosis, it provides both MBA as well as diploma in management through correspondence. The course fee is reasonable and it has got a good reputation too.
Thanks and wish you best of luck.
