Though both mean almost the same, Security is a wider term that covers the security of men, machines, and materials of the company while Watch and Ward services are limited to taking care of the human beings at the workplace. To illustrate, Fire Services would be a part of Security but not of Watch & Ward, so also accident prevention could be in the scope of Security but not of W&W.
