At present, PF and ESIC Code allotted to Mr. X. Due to Mr. X is gone to aboard for short period. But now Mr. X will not back in India, In this circumstances :
Option - 1 Mr. X has hand over his business to Mr. Y. In that case, can we change owner's name in PF and ESIC allotted Code in favor of MR. Y ? If yes, which documents / form Mr. Y need to submit in PF and ESIC Office ?
or Mr Y need to apply new PF and ESIC Code ?
Option - 2 Mr. X has given power of attorney to Mr. Y for running his business, So as a power of attorney holder Mr. Y can deposit PF and ESIC challan regularly in PF and ESIC code allotted Mr. X ?
