Hello Vanita,
You should have designed the questionnaire after deciding how to analyse findings based on your objectives and hypotheses to prove. However, do post the questionaire, so that we could see what you have done and give you some constructive feedback.
Have a nice day.

Dear Vanita,
Since u have already designed the questionnaire, u have to decide how the data can be analysised...just try to devide the data thru' various view points ,categories, areas, teams, derartments, layers of Administrative structures, and others u can decide from company's HR structure...group them ,, regroup them...u may come across few interesting findings .
These data can be put into diff. perspectives in form of Reports/Analysis.
Actully u should talk to Diff. HODs to find out shortcomings & focus on few topics.
All The Best.

Hello Vanita,
I wish you had piloted the questionnaire, before administering it. You do not seem to have collected any demographic data. In the absence of such data, you can only say what you found overall and will not be able to analyse them further by department, sexes, age groups, etc. May I know how many respondents answered the questionnaire?
How do you know that the items in a group belong to that group. If you do a factor analysis using SPSS you may be able to assess that.
I have not seen all the tables attached. This comment is based on viewing the first two: questionnaire and Table 1.
Have a nice day

hiiiiiiiii chum,
First of all thanx for your reply. Since it is clear from the graphs most of the people who are analysed lies in the moderately strong area of leadership so there is need to enhance their leadership skills via training activities. But cud u suggest any ways for it nd whether i have to make different suggestions for people of different grades also. Thanx again.

Hello Sir,
Thanx for ur reply. Actually i have got a project "Determine the leadership potential of Employees from Grade E1 to E4. E1 grade implies Engineer trainee, E2 implies Sr.engineers, E3 implies deputy manager and E4 implies Managers. The work which i have done is that i have designed the questionaire, circulated it nd have got it filled, have analysed it by plotting different graphs for different questions which i have taken. I have also grouped these questions under three sub-headings viz, communication, teamwork nd future orientation. I have come to know through graphs that most of the people lies in the moderately strong zone. I want to know that which all inferences i cud make out of it nd what all suggestions i cud make. I will be very thankful to u if u cud help me on this. I m stuck on this. Please provide ur valuable assistance.
