Pls a Find A Basic Guideline of the salary structure , perks are varies Company to company but emulments like LTA,Medical, PF, Gratuity, HRA ,Basic,DA, SPl Allwonce normally is there with every Sheet
** Kindly Note that The Basic sud be 42% of the Fixed cost without Housing.
** Superannuation are calculated on the Basis of the co Pay policy
***HRA is depending upon the City(Ex- Kol-50% of basic, Ranchi -40% OF Basic, Coimbatore 35% )

This is my first post here and I wud be highly obliged with your help. I need to prepare Salary Breakup for employees. And we being new in business do not have any PF or gratuity deductions. The only thing that is deducted is PT. Can you please help me with some basic salary structure?
