Hi there,
I don’t understand why is this document is necessary, the organization has nominated you for this.
Your organization has paid for this why do you need letter of agreement.
Unless you paid for this yourself, then it’s a different story. Otherwise I think its un-necessary document/ process.

I agree with what Mr. Mukund has indicated. Why not people just make an attempt to draft a letter and present to us. Is it too difficult to use English language ? How long you people are going to ride piggy-back ?
Those of you want a letter format, please do write and post it. Let us see and make corrections. Let us start a movement to teach English to our MBA graduates ! courtesy CiteHR.

Data given is insufficient. what training programme is this, is it full time or part time and whether it can enhance your present skill and be beneficial to your company, are you sponsored by company or self finance for it. These data are needed to draft a letter, please.
