Hello,
I am working as an HR Generalist with an IT Start up Partnership Firm at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
There are 3 partners of this firm out of which 2 are working as a part time. I have below 2 Questions:
1. I would like to know if a part time working employee/partners with our employer plans to switch for a full time employment, do we need to consider him/her as a new joinee providing all the fresh onboarding letters, leave policies etc.
2. If yes, what should be the calculation of leaves on the basis of part time employment.
Thank You,
Priyanka Kuvalekar,
