Hi all. Seasons greetings. I am working with a well-known trust-operated medical centre. One of the trustees informed me yesterday that this will be the last month of my employment. I am not served any notice earlier. What actions can I take?

Hi, Please check your employment contract for separation clause. You may check with your employer if the notice period clause is not honoured.

Have you checked with him the reason. Discuss the reason and take it up further.
