Dear Mr VSKDUDAR,
Your Wife passed away while in service as "Manager". You have not mentioned about Date of Death.Further you have not mentioned anything about "Cooperative Bank" whether the Bank registered under State Govt, if so which Sate Govt?
What are the Death Claim Benefits? The question of Will to Claim Employment related Claims does not arise. You have ask the Bank to provide with Nomination Details in the records of Bank for filing your objection. In Bank Records your Marital Status as "Husband" is registered ?
From 2013 to till date what correspondences you have done with Bank? why there is inordinate delay from your end?
Gratuity, EPF Payable to Husband admitting that you are not the nominee.Further, you are also entitled for Pension under EPS
