Hi i was working in the company i left that job in 5 months without serving notice period it was a probation period .After few days i got mail from hr stating that due to unauthorised absent u have got absconded and they send me salary recovery letter Full and final settlement amount they deducted amount from total ctc and whatever the remaining amount is there that i have to pay otherwise legal action will be taken. I even not got an Appointment letter Or joining letter. Please suggest what should i do?
