now my HR told me your leave encasement not done from our site you loss your leave .
Achuly i have done work very honestly and dedication so that i unable get leave .
I request to all please told me any procedure and law on the same .

If your company policy is to allow your leaves to accumulate then you are entitled to get encashment at the time of your leaving the company. But if the company decision is not to pay, then you will have to put pressure to get it. Putting pressure means constantly asking for the same or taking intervention of the Labour department. The latter is possible only if belonged to a category called workman.
