see i was appointed as RMA(return material athorization) Coordinator in an IT manufacturer company which sells computer accessories. Company gives one and three years warranty on difference products. My role is to handle rma department, in which 5 engineers work, i give telephonic and emailing support to outstation parties, locals too. monitoring and supervise all staffs in my depart.
i use register for everydays inword outword, for spare parts, even i also use excel but not regular, my boss does not say that show me monthly reports, because its not a big company,
i posted this question because i am looking for a new and big (LTD) company where i can growth, so my question is "is there any format in which i can show my work??? is there any format in which i can utilize my position???? because i work as a manger but my format is really does not seem professional.

Sorry for delay reply.Excel is not a big deal it is very interesting when you practice.its up to you how to present your work to the co. it is not a matter co. is a big or a small work is big in my opening we only grow according to our work and knowledge you have the ability to grow.
