Before answering anything, I would like to ask you a thing as if two employees are new employees or old ones means were they allotted the a/c no. at the same time or any one is already an employee. Please clear it.
Allotting same PF a/c Number to two persons can be given by mistake. So you are to write a letter on your company's letter head having its stamp and signature of the authorized person in which you will be requesting to the local authorities to issue a separate a/c no. to the employee who joined later. In the letter mention all the required details of the employer that is PF registration no.and all required details of both employees with the allotted a/c numbers to them.
The authorities will be issuing new number to one of those employees within 15-20 days maximum.
