I am currently working as General Manager in a trading company in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have been working in this senior management position for over 10 years and see no further career advancement in this organization. So I decided to change my track and completed my MBA with major in Human Resource Management recently (I also have BSc and MSc degree with major in Chemistry). I am 42+

I came to learn that SAP is considered as one of the most popular and powerful ERP system through out the world and in Bangladesh now only few companies have implemented the system in their organizations. However I see this number to increase rapidly in the near future and organizations will be requiring trained people to administer their systems. So I am thinking of getting a training on SAP Human Resouces module as I see its future value both in home as well in abroad. In Bangladesh there is no authorized SAP training institute so the nearest suitable location for me would be "Siemens Information Systems Limited" Kolkata, India.

So can anyone expert in this field help me by suggesting the SAP Human Resources training modules that will be suitable for me in line with my background given above. I also need the following information regarding the training.

- Details of the course contents
- Any pre-requisites for the training

Dear Mr. Dubey,
Thanks for your kind attention to my post. I am currently working in a small trading company - involved in sourcing and marketing raw materials (like fabrics, accessories, yarns, etc) for garments from renowned manufactures of China, Taiwan & Korea to the export oriented garment industries in Bangladesh. There are total 23 employees in this company. I am working as GM Marketing (over 10 years) and in addition am also managing the HR functions of the company for the last 4 years (I did my MBA in HRM). There exists a small HR & Administration dept having 3 staff. I hope these info will help you to suggest the best solution for me.

Dear Mr.Moiz,
Rather than HR I would suggest you to go for SAP-SD. But again if you are managing HR as well and also MBA in HR,their is no problem in going in SAP-HCM.
for any assisatance fell free to contact.
