Hi All, I have worked for a IT company & was eligible for an annual bonus which the company has paid out (around 54%). I have joined another company who is a client to my former company.
The problem is my former company is not sharing any bonus letter & nothing in written (breakup details) on how much tax has been deducted & what was the total amount. Also they are not updating the details in FNF statement. I have no reference to this unaccounted payment of bonus. I wanted to file a case for this.
