Dear Senior,
One of our employees completed the one-year training and resigned on his last date. Now, he has filed a case against the company, demanding reinstatement with continuity of service. Unfortunately, he did not sign the acceptance of the training completion certificate.
Please guide me on how to proceed with this situation.
