Through this platform I would seek expert opinion and advice from those who have had an experience of hiring resources to deploy at client site in international market. Here I need to take up this assignment where we need to hire resources on our payroll and further they will be deployed at various client locations like US, UK, Australia as well as Germany. We are an IT organization based in India and work for international clients.
Kindly suggest the employment terms and conditions, documentation formalities, employment regulation by respective countries etc.

@tajsateesh: We haven't hired anyone so far to deploy at client site. As stated earlier, we would hire resources on our payroll who will be deployed at client site based in US and Australia for fixed tenure to complete the projects. Apparently I am aware of Indian labor law and other statutory employment obligation. However if an Indian is hired here and further deployed in US or Australia, Apart from Visa/Passport what all statutory obligation/law, like employment terms & condition, tax obligations etc. has to be followed for these countries which might have been laid down by the respective governments?

1] Who will be applying for the Visa--which would be Employment Visas? It can't be your company in India obviously. It has to be the entity in the other country. Do you have any overseas offices that are eligible [as per their laws] to apply for such Visas?
2] The queries that you raised need to be handled @ the other end--especially since laws vary from country to country.
Suggest wait for other members too to respond.
