Dear All
I am working in a steels manufacturing company(TMT Bar & Strctural steels) as a HR executive. Now i am preparing Job Description of our all Positons among our group. Although i heve completed 60-70 percent out of all positions , still have some doubt to preapre Job Description on the mantioned positions below.
1. Manager Project
2. Senior Ex. Civil & Projects
3. Manager in General Maintenance
4. Supervisor Mechanical maintenance
5. Supervisor Electrical maintenance
6. DY. Manager QA
can anybody help me about this format & job description of the above perticular position, so that i can able to reach my goal.

You need to work with the people who are already doing these jobs in your factory and write a job description based on their day to day duties.
It is also a good opportunity to understand their work and also to reassign duties that may logically belong to another person for efficiency purposes.
Very difficult for someone else to give you details of the jobs as none of us work in your factory!
Whilst there may be some generic duties common to a position over many different industries, the bulk of the duties of a position will be specific to your place of work.

John is absolutely right....
Prabhu, you may find many of us from various other factories and we might provide you with Job responsibilities which looks similar, but then as John mentioned this way you won't be able to ever find out the exact nature of their job, what they are doing?
Meet all the people, then their seniors and prepare the job descriptions basis what they are doing and what they are supposed to do.
Find out if their is any duplication of job?
