One of my close friends has very serious problem. Let me explain it in detail. My friend is working in a CMM level 3 company since 2.5 yrs and he has B1 visa and been to US once. But problem is in the current company he has no growth....with that experience he is not getting any calls. He wants to learn software cources and and keep fake exp and try for new job now. But concern is will B1 visa and US visit be a problem for him??? will he get caught if we keep fake exp

You already know that your friend will be caught by providing Fake certificate. Lets put in this way..Your friends keep fake exp in his CV and by seeing that some company calls him and they give the offer..but if he not able to perform in his initial period he could be terminated from that company. My suggestion would be to wait and working in the current company and try hard to find out a good oppurtunity for your friend with the actual exp.

Few week back i joined a new company its a relatively new venture, they are into Hotels, Education,Agro and also have a medical college & hospital in punjab. Well since they were not having a proper base in New Delhi so they initially recruited me, i joined here as a Sr Business Development officer where my profile was to coordinate. since last couple of days i am having this serious issues regarding my designation however my bosses have given me full authority to choose whatever i like coz we are just starting our ops in delhi, here i am taking care of the delhi office also the purchase as we are currently undergoing the construction of our medical college & hospital and our agro factory,now all these projects are very huge. i am responsible for all the purchase precess like construction material, machinery both from abroad or here, also involved in our three star hotel(involved in management decision making,taking reports time to time etc) also involved in our reputed boarding school(purchase,recruitment ets) in short i am involved in almost all the sectors as i am like just next to my bosses an they also let me think the same. i am dealing with some very big name currently in the industry weather its domestic or international example i have just make a 4 crore deal from Japanese comp.for our agro plant machinery. My problem is i am not sure about my designation as i am every where weather its purchase/recruitment/coordination/PR ets. Please help me out.

Let him continue in the same company. Advice him that instead of putting efforts for fake and later start shivering for long time, its better to put efforts on identifying the problem of dissatisfaction in current role and search for the ways to overcome the same.
Meanwhile he can do some related IT courses, which may help him in next jump.

As far as the works you are attending the existing designation ie., Business development office is ok or else you can opt for Commercial officer which has a vide range of activities and on completion of projects you can identify your interested area and change your designation to that extent.

Don't put efforts to get fake certificates, instead focus on your current job, explore opportunities there to add value to job as well as company.
There won't be a hire without proper background verification. So keep the idea of giving fake information to employers, out of your mind.
Above all 'attitude' has an important role in success/failure in any job. So be truthful to you and others, seek knowledge, acquire skills, expertise, and try to enjoy your work... best of luck

Thanx for the valuable advise but just wanna confirm that what will be the best for my future prospects if i am applying for jobs overseas, i am a MBA professional(Majors-HR & Marketing) also having 2 yrs of work ex in recruitment(consultancy). As you can see i am not a technical guy which is very imp in these kind of jobs specially if i want to apply abroad.
