Hi All, I am Sumit Gupta, first year MBA student from a reputed B-school in Delhi. As part of my curriculum, I have to submit a report on "Grievance Management Systems". It would be great if someone could guide me in what process/structure should I follow in my report. I wanted to study the system in a few organizations in delhi and then add my inputs, but the problem is I am not able to find organizations which have a structured grievance mgmt system. If anyone can direct me to any such organization, it would be very helpful. I am also working on a questionnaire which I can send to my friends in different organizations to get information on the system that is being followed in their organization.
