Dear Sri.Chat,

To measure the performance accurately, you need to study systems and processes of each department and then design the KPIs and KRAs for each department. Measures of performance for the individuals come later. Secondly, Performance Management System (PMS) neither depends on size of the company nor on the industry. Performance issues remain same irrespective of the type of industry.

Hi!
In the design of a good PMS, just keep in mind he following:
1. Concept
2. Form
3. Policy
These three (3) are all that a good PMS needs.
But make sure that:
1. Your concept is clear, understandable, easy to follow, and consistent with the objectives of your organization
2. Your form must be simple, one pager, user friendly, and easy to process
3. Your policy must also be: clear, concise, fair, and approved by top management.
Best regards.
