Dear All,
I am working as Asst. Mgr - HR and carrying 2 yrs of experience with me. I would like to pursue LLB to get value addition for my career. I percieve it will provide me an oppurtunity to get exposure on labour as well employee laws and it will enhance my knowledge base too.
On the other hand, As i have done MBA-HR so, willing to go further by doing Executive MBA in HR.
Friends please suggest me that which will be more lucrative option, as i am in dilemma, because i think this is the time when i should concentrate more on HR which is the core way of my career.
Would request seniors also to guide on it.

Dear Rachna,
LLB will not be helping u only with Labor Laws..but also provide a wide spectrum of choices. After pursuing LLB - you will be interested in pursuing in LAW itself (its a beautiful subject)..
If u r stuck with ur decision in Doing HR . . . I suggest u take up an MBA course with HR specialization, which has labor laws and factory act as a subject to specialize in.

Dear Rachna,
u should go for LLB.
Have u heard the name of MMH college, Ghaziabad.
It is one of the best colleges across NCR. Even m looking for it this year.
U have to appear in a entrance test to get the admission there.

Hi Rachna According to me you should go with LLB. It is better than Executive MBA-Hr as you have already completed your MBA-HR..

LLB is good Rachna... It's best if you wish you IR, but for HR Corporate I would still suggest you to go for some post graduate diploma in HR Specialization, may be behavioural sciences or anything else. Evr thought of a doctorate???

True Rachna.. If u have already done MBA... then u shuld go for LLB. (I did not notice that in ur postt hat u have already done ..)
But.. Why dont u consider other subjects like Psychology and its application in Organization?
Certification course on Psychometric testing can also help u.
