I am working as Assist HR in an orgn and have two questions-
1 I wish to conduct Job satisfaction survey in my orgn so as to detect employees present job status- is this could be done?
2 If yes Iwould like to know about any format for Job satisfaction survey or the points to be considered in the questionnaire

Hi,
Prepare a questionnaire on the basis of various aspects of HR, say compensation, benefits, miscellaneous, training, performance management etc.
I had prepared a questionnaire sometime back in my last Organisation, where I benefited upto a great great extent though this questionnaire.
