:icon6: Dear Freind,
Wish you all a very happy new year.
In a year there are 3 statutory holidays as per goverment of India. Rest is upto the organisation to decide. As if now the general trend is to have a list of 10 holidays including the 3 statutory holidays. While in Maharashtra you have one day extra for Maharashtra day. Similarly in West Bengal you have on extra holiday.
The others normally are Deewali, Christmas, Holi or generally local festival. That is the easiest way to design a list of holidays.
Thanks & Regards,
