Dear Colleague
As we all know the 4 Labour Codes on Wages, Industrial Relations, OHS&WC and Social Security are all set to go and Central Rules are also framed. As it is a subject in the concurrent list, the States are also to make Rules for the respective states. As of now it is understood that at least 13 states are ready and at least pre-published the Rules for their State. Still many other states are yet to frame the Rules. In this situation it is expected that the Codes will be hopefully implemented in one go in FY22-23 but again no confirmed news in authentic manner is available on this. We need to get prepared but have to wait for official communication from Ministry.
