There is a 1 day overlapping in my last working date and joining date in EPFO, I have joined Company A 0n 30-Jan-2021 and left on 2-Feb-2021, but by mistake I accepted offer of Company B on 1-Feb-2021, both the company added entry in PF account its showing 1-Feb-2021 is overlapped. How to correct this? both company not accepting to update any dates.
I have Experience, Reliving Letter, Salary slips, UAN, PF no of both the company.
It will affect my career?
It will not allow me to Withdraw full PF amount lifetime?
What if i am not merging Company A PF into Company B, and once I join Company C I will merge Company B into C and withdraw full amount.
I went to EPFO office they told me get joint declaration for updating joining date in company B, but I am not sure about this process
Is there any way to send legal notice to update dates in any company, does it cost me?
