I would advise to go for projects such as-
a) Applicability of Maslow's Theory on Motivation in today's scenario;
b) Designing and implementing Psychometric Tools for Recruitment;
c) Ways to measure the ROI on Trainings. (As this is the concern area for most HR Managers now also);
d) Non Monitory Incentives;
e) Innovative Reward Schemes;
f) How to improve Communications Channels?
