All,
1) We are having the Contract Labour Licence & ISMW Licence. Why we should have to take both. If we are having the both licence then we can count the engegement of all or only for contract labour licence engagement. Why?
2) Staffs(Site Manager,Engineer, Admin, HR,Store, Safety, Dy. Mgr) are coming under Labour Licence or Not.
The staffs will mention ISMW Wage Register or not.
Kindly do the needful.

Dear Yas,
Contract labour license is taken for engaging contract labours who are recruited through Form XIII of the Act. The employees who are on permanent roll of the company will not come under contract labour license.The principal employer where you undertake jobs is concerned with statutory compliance of contract labours only.
