Hi everyone, Can anyone suggest, is it mandatory for an organization to have a uniform salary structure?

Salary structure, I mean, components of salary need not be uniform as applicable to all the cadres and posts. There could be different structures & components depending on duties & responsibilities attached to each post/cadres.

HI Ankur, Not at all.. You may (+-) components basis grades, however for junior level you must ensure adhering all the compliances (Minimum wages, Esic, PF, Bonus, etc) Regards Piyush
