Dear Seniors ,
i am studying MBA-HR ,final semester. I am doing small research on HRM-Analysis.What type of calculations are going in HR Department?like Recruitment cost,Attrition cost,Training cost,etc...........How could we calculate these cost? At what area we should calculate cost? please give me valuable inputs ..........

Hi Prasad,
1) Recuritment cost includes.. time spent by HR + Panle for sourcing, screening and interviewing canidate and under orientation trainer cost + material given cost.. etc
2) attriton is calucated on (exits/avg (opening + Closing))*100

- IN F&F settlement process ,which type of calculation are need
- In recruitment & selection process ,how to calculate cost?
- Training process, how can we measure cost?
like in this way lot of calculations occur in HRD.give me some input for me .......................
