I intend to have a job change. I have around 13 yrs experience of Personnel & Admn job in a PSU mines. I have MBA through distance mode and my CTC is around 15 lakhs pa. I am also pursuing a course on labor law through distance mode as LLb through distance mode is not possible.
Though trying for last 1 year through various job portals I have failed to get any interview calls.
I need advice on factors missing in my CV for which no private company is not interested in me. Is it my qualification, experience or my CTC is higher? I am attaching my CV for your perusal.
Your advice will help me a lot for my future.
